The Carlyle District, located within Old Town, Alexandria, is a 76.5 acre development surrounding the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  One of the newest districts within Alexandria, the Carlyle District is home to office complexes, upscale retail space, fine restaurants, and upscale condominium buildings, to include:
